What is the debt collection process in Belarus? 

The debt collection process in Belarus depends on the case and agreement. So if agreement is clear and debtor have got money on his account , it will take not more 1 month, if we need to go to courts, as I told depends of case, it can be a few months or a few years. Because courts have got their own schedule , mainly we operated maximum 6 month if it too complicated case. Except courts here we can use executive government offices to collect the debt, but in cases when there is no any problem with debtor and there are no any disputes. 
 
If we take case, we sign the contract with creditor or his representative, after we need to get POA from creditor on the name of our attorney ,it must be legalized (notorious + Apostle).
